RAXXED Prop Note Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through RAXXED, you confirm your agreement with the following policies:

🔹 Intended Purpose

The products offered by RAXXED are strictly for creative and legal applications, including use in:

  • Photoshoots

  • Film or video production

  • Theatrical performances

  • Display or educational purposes

These notes are not real currency and must never be used in any transaction or passed off as genuine money.

🔹 Product Characteristics

To comply with safety and visual standards, RAXXED prop notes are made with the following features that clearly separate them from authentic U.S. currency:

  • Printed on standard paper, not cotton-blend or specialty currency stock.

  • Do not include security features (holograms, watermarks, strips).

  • Clearly marked with “PROP”, “COPY”, or similar visible indicators.

  • Repeating or identical serial numbers.

  • Designed for camera use — realistic on screen, but obviously fake up close.

🔹 Our Role

RAXXED operates as a platform for sourcing and distributing prop note products. We do not directly manufacture these items. Fulfillment is handled through vetted third-party vendors.

🔹 Legal Notice

Buyers are fully responsible for complying with local, state, and federal regulations. Any attempt to misuse prop currency (such as attempting to spend it as legal tender) is a serious criminal offense and may result in legal consequences, including fines or jail time.

🔹 Liability Waiver

RAXXED and its affiliates are not liable for any unlawful use or consequences resulting from misuse of our products. Once an item is shipped, the responsibility rests with the purchaser.

🔹 Misuse & Enforcement

We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal inquiries or intent. Suspicious behavior may result in order cancellation and be reported to authorities if necessary.

🔹 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe the product may be misused or if buyer intent is unclear.
